CareerWay.com^SM  offers a licensing program to educational institutions that allows all enrolled students to access CareerWay.com^SM  from any Internet connection at any time throughout the licensing period.

How does the program work?

Once you have registered with CareerWay.com^SM  as a licensee, you will be provided with a unique CareerWay.com^SM  address (url) for your students to use to gain access to the system.  You can post this link on your institutional website of choice.  Using this unique address, students will enter CareerWay.com^SM  via a customized Web site with your institution’s name and logo.  Once in CareerWay.com^SM, each student must provide their unique email account assigned to them by your institution.  CareerWay.com^SM  will automatically generate a User ID and Password for the student and immediately send this to the student’s specified school email account.  The student will not be able to gain access

to your licensed version of CareerWay.com^SM  without a school issued email account.  The student will now have unlimited access to CareerWay.com^SM  from any Internet connection throughout the life of the licensing agreement.

How much does the licensing program cost?

Because of the on-line nature of CareerWay.com^SM  your career center will be able to reach out to many more students than with current on-site programs.  Our licensing cost structure is based on the total number of students enrolled in your university.  Please complete the Licensing Information Form and provide us with your total enrollment and we will contact you with our educational institution pricing, or email us at college@careerway.com.

How do I provide the program to Alumni?

As part of the licensing agreement, and in order to keep our licensing costs reasonable for career centers, we are asking you to post CareerWay.com^SM  on your alumni Web site if one exists.  Alumni will be able to subscribe to CareerWay.com^SM  at standard retail subscription rates.

How will I know how many students are participating in the program?

Periodically, we will provide you with a list of students who have accessed CareerWay.com^SM  from your school, as well as their email addresses.  You can then follow-up with these students to help facilitate their career search. You will soon be able to access this information on your own, on-line.

What are the system requirements for using CareerWay.com^SM?

In order to access CareerWay.com^SM, participants need to have access to a computer with an Internet connection.  Below are the additional requirements:

• All participants must have a school issued email address under the common school domain (example:student@uz.edu)

• Internet Browser: Internet Explorer 5.0 and above (preferred), or Netscape 4.7 and above.

• Preferred modem speed 56K or higher.

• Computers must be set to accept Cookies.
