University Pricing Information

Our direct retail subscription prices for CareerWay.com^SM  are established for 3-month and 6-month subscriptions and may be purchased by individuals via a credit card interface. However, for educational institutions we offer sponsorship and licensing options to help them provide CareerWay.com^SM  to their students at a reduced cost.

The programs we offer to institutions are listed below:

Annual Licensing Packages:

With the purchase of an annual CareerWay.com^SM license, your institution can offer CareerWay.com^SM  at no additional charge to your registered students. Annual license fees are based upon school enrollment. (Students will link to CareerWay.com^SM through a unique URL from your university or career center Web site.) License Package 1: STANDARD ANNUAL LICENSE
The standard license package includes the following:

• Unique CareerWay URL specifically for your school (i.e., www.careerway.com/yourschool)
• Unlimited CareerWay access to all enrolled students over the course of your license agreement from any internet ready computer
• Counselor password protected Management Site that allows counselors to track student progress and access student results.

License Package 2: CAREER CENTER PROGRAM CONSULTATION
This expanded license package includes the benefits of the Standard package, in addition to a one-day on-site consultation with a qualified university career counselor experienced in the implementation of CareerWay into a well-respected career program.

• Your career development processes and strategies
• How to utilize complimentary tools and multiple structured counseling sessions to enhance the overall effectiveness of your center
• How to effectively integrate and implement CareerWay based on your unique student population
• Marketing strategies to enhance the utilization of your service offerings by all types of students

This Package is offered for a one-time fee of $500 and reasonable travel expenses for the on-site visit, in addition to your license fee cost (see license pricing above).

This sponsorship is similar to a referral discount program. Once your university/college registers with us for this program at no cost, any student/alumni from the sponsoring university can subscribe to CareerWay.com^SM  (from any location) at a 30% discount off the retail price.

For every student/alumni that uses CareerWay.com^SM, the sponsoring career center will receive $2 per student/alumni to be used toward Career Center enhancements (new computers, books, reference materials, etc.). You must register for this Career Center enhancement program for your students to receive the discount, and for your university/college to receive the $2 per student referral fee. For the student to be eligible for the discount, (and for the educational institution to be eligible for the referral fee) the participant must enter CareerWay.com^SM  through a unique link from your university or career center Web site.
