    CareerWay.comSM  was developed by organizational psychologists who have been consulting to businesses for over 20 years.

    Developed using the Department of Labor's extensive research (O*NET database) and our expertise in assessment psychometrics, CareerWay.comSM  is a sophisticated career development program designed to help people make sound assessments of themselves and their fit to jobs. Our state-of-the-art technology and system design make the career development process interesting and fun with easy access to the wealth of career resources available online.

    INSTITUTIONAL SUBSCRIPTIONS

    Our direct retail subscription prices for CareerWay.comSM  are established for 3-month and 6-month subscriptions and may be purchased by individuals via a credit card interface. However, for educational institutions we offer sponsorship and licensing options to help them provide CareerWay.comSM  to their students at a reduced cost.

    The programs we offer to institutions are listed below:

    1. Annual Licensing:  With the purchase of an annual CareerWay.comSM license, your institution can offer CareerWay.comSM  at no additional charge to your registered students. Annual license fees are based upon school enrollment. (Students will link to CareerWay.comSM through a unique URL from your university or career center Web site.)     2. Career Center Enhancement Program:  This sponsorship is similar to a referral discount program. Once your university/college registers with us for this program at no cost, any student/alumni from the sponsoring university can subscribe to CareerWay.comSM  (from any location) at a 30% discount off the retail price.

      For every student/alumni that uses CareerWay.comSM, the sponsoring career center will receive $2 per student/alumni to be used toward Career Center enhancements (new computers, books, reference materials, etc.). You must register for this Career Center enhancement program for your students to receive the discount, and for your university/college to receive the $2 per student referral fee. For the student to be eligible for the discount, (and for the educational institution to be eligible for the referral fee) the participant must enter CareerWay.comSM  through a unique link from your university or career center Web site.
