| How do I download the current version of my printer driver? | If your current printer driver was selected from your Windows system on your computer, you may not have the most recent version of the printer driver. Most printer manufacturers now provide their most up-to-date drivers on their websites. You will need to know the name of your printer manufacturer and the model number as well as the operating system on your computer (Windows 98, Windows NT, etc.). Please login to the Internet and connect to your manufacturer’s website. You may need to “search” to find the correct URL. Then look for indications of “download” or “drivers.” Follow screen directions to download the appropriate driver. Once the driver has been downloaded, you will need to assign it to your computer. If you are using Windows, this is done through Start … Settings … Printer … Add printer. Follow the screen directions to add this driver to your printer. |

| I attempted to register but the system says that my email address already exists. What do I do? | If you partially completed the registration previously, the system will not allow you to re-register using the same email address. Please email support@careerway.com. |

| What if my email address changes? | Within the system you can modify your email address as often as you need. If you have not updated this information and you forget your password, you will need to verify your identity before we can send your old password via your new email. Please send us an email to support@careerway.com. If you are accessing this site via a university, this may not be applicable. |

| I keep getting a "page not displayed" error after I choose my subscription price? | After choosing your subscription price, you will enter a secure web page where you will submit credit card information. Some browsers do not support secure sign in. If you are using a proxy server to access the Internet, the proxy server may not support secure sign in. (In other words, if you are not directly connected to the Internet and are going through a gateway or firewall, you may not be able to use secure sign in.) From the menu bar, select Tools... Internet Options...Advanced... and Restore Defaults. Make sure that the checkboxes are checked for Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) under the Securities section. If you are accessing this site via a university, this may not be applicable. |

Your assessment results will be maintained in our database for three years and will be available to you if you desire to reactivate your subscription.
